球墨铸铁实用冒口与均衡凝固技术设计冒口的对比
Comparison of Practical Riser and Riser Based on Proportional Solidification Technique for Ductile Iron
【摘要】 球墨铸铁件利用石墨化膨胀进行自补缩的冒口设计方法有实用冒口和均衡凝固技术两种方法,两种冒口设计方法具有不同的补缩原理,通过分析两种冒口设计方法的冒口颈凝固时间、冒口放置位置以及冒口设计依据,以找出两种方法的相同点和异同点。
【Abstract】 The ductile iron can be self-fed using graphitization expansion.The riser designed methods have practical riser and proportional solidification technique.The two riser design methods have different feeding principles.In order to find out the similarities and differences between the two methods,the solidification time of the riser neck,the position of the riser and the design basis of the riser were analyzed in this paper.
