【摘要】 目的了解东莞市男男性行为人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)一般人口学特征,艾滋病相关知识掌握情况以及性行为发生情况。方法采用互联网招募MSM人群作为研究对象,开展网络问卷调查,获得MSM人群在艾滋病知识知晓和安全性行为等方面情况。结果本次调查共收到有效答卷1 510份,其中年龄在20~40岁占81.59%(1 232/1 510)。调查显示艾滋病防治知识知晓率为87.62%(1 323/1 510),其中初中及以下文化程度者知晓率最低,为74.36%(116/156),专科及以上文化程度者最高,为91.03%(792/870)。调查显示,有20.40%(308/1 510)认为自己是双性恋,调查对象最近6个月在与同性发生插入性性行为时,坚持使用安全套的比例为49.47%(747/1 510),从不使用安全套的比例为5.50%(83/1 510)。结论东莞市MSM人群以青壮年为主;东莞市MSM人群艾滋病防治知识总体知晓较高,但不同学历的MSM人群的知晓情况有差异,且知行分离情况比较严重,建议在MSM人群中开展心理干预,提升自我认同;在传统现场干预的基础上,可结合网络干预来提高MSM艾滋病防治知识水平,减少高危行为,促进人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)抗体检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the general demographic characteristics of men who have sex and men(MSM),their knowledge of AIDS and sexual behavior. Methods The MSM population were recruited from internet and a questionnaire survey was conducted to obtain the AIDS knowledge and safety behavior of AIDS among MSM people. Results A total of 1 510 valid responses were received from the survey and of which,81.59% were between 20 and 40 years old(1 232/1 510).The survey showed that the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control was 87.62%(1 323/1 510).The awareness rate was 74.36%(116/156)among MSM with education no higher than middle school while it is 91.03%(792/870)in the group with higher secondary education.The survey showed the bisexual rate is 20.40%(308/1 510).During the last 6 months,49.47%(747/1 510)MSMs used condoms while the proportion of never using condoms was 5.50%(83/1 510).Conclusions In Dongguan of China,the MSM population is mainly young and middle-aged and their AIDS prevention and control knowledge is generally high.The AIDS awareness rate is higher in MSMs with higher education.更多还原
