【摘要】 目的:观察肛裂切除松解术治疗肛裂的临床疗效。方法:治疗组180例行肛裂切除松解术,对照组180例行传统肛裂侧切术,对2组患者进行临床观察及随访。结果:治疗组治愈169例,显效7例、有效3例、无效1例,总有效率99.44%;传统肛裂侧切术组治愈156例、显效15例、有效6例、无效3例,总有效率98.33%。治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在减轻患者疼痛及缩短创面愈合时间方面具有明显优势(均P<0.05)。2组在术后发生尿潴留、排便Wexner评分方面无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。术后复发率,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛裂切除松解术治愈肛裂较传统方法具有减轻疼痛、缩短疗程、减少损伤并保护肛门功能等优势,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of anal fissure resecting and releasing surgery in the treatment of anal fissure.Methods:The treatment group of 180 cases were treated with anal fissure resecting and releasing surgery,and the control group of 180 cases were treated with anal fissure lateral incision surgery.The two groups were observed and followed up.Results:The curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The treatment group had obvious advantages in relieving the pain and shortening the wound healing time(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative urinary retention score and defecation Wexner score(P>0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than the control group.Conclusion:The anal fissure resecting and releasing surgery can cure the anal fissure,besides it can relieve pain and shorten the course of treatment,reduce the damage and protect the anal function and other advantages,so it is worth of clinical popularization and application.更多还原
