【摘要】 随着我国航天产业的飞速发展,近年来,在国家层面的驱动下,我国与其他国家在航天方面的合作越来越多。论文结合作者在国际合作项目中的具体实践,对于国际合作工程项目中的沟通管理问题进行探析和研究,主要就ZK项目案例分析了作者在沟通管理中遇到的问题和解决方法,而且对项目后续合作中的沟通管理提出了改进意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s space industry, in recent years, under the driving force of the national level, China’s cooperation with other countries in space has become more and more. Combining with the practice in international cooperation projects, this paper analyzes the communication management problems of international cooperation projects, analyzes the problems and solutions that author encountered in communication management of ZK project, puts forward the improvement suggestion for communication management in project subsequent cooperation.更多还原
