【摘要】 目的:探究高校医学生疑病倾向及影响因素。方法:采用明尼苏达多项人格测试疑病量表为测评工具,对长春某高校医学、非医学专业共443名学生进行调查,数据录入SPSS软件统计分析。结果:医学生疑病倾向检出率显著高于非医学生(P<0.05),其中男生量表得分高于女生,各年级检出率无显著性差异。结论:由于学科性质和大学生人格特征,医学生心理健康问题日益突出,值得关注的是疑病心理,医学院校应根据学科需求、学生个性有的放矢地加强心理教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to find out the hypochondriasis state of medical students in colleges and universities and its influence factors.Methods: 443 undergraduates from medical specialty and other specialties in Changchun investigated with Minnesoda Multiphasic Personality Inventoy about Hypochondriasis,and the data were analyzed by Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Results: the hypochondriasis rate of medical students is higher remarkable than non-medical students( P < 0. 05),and the score of boys were higher significantly than girls,while there was no significant difference in different grades. Conclusion: Due to the special medicine of education and the personality of contemporary university students,the psychological health problems of medico is increasingly outstanding,which should be notable is hypochondriac psychology. Medical colleges and universities should strengthen psychological health education based on demand of discipline and students’ individuality.更多还原
