临床床旁教学中两种教学方法实施效果的比较研究
Effects of two methods of clinical bedside teaching——a comparative study
【摘要】 目的:比较结合计算机虚拟临床情景教学的问题为基础学习与传统"小讲课—床旁示教—讨沦总结"两种教学方法的临床床旁教学效果。方法:对我院研究生住院医师随机分组采用新教学和传统方法分别实施病房床旁教学,并在结束后对两组学生进行知识考核和SEEQ(中文版)问卷调查。结果:新教学方法在学生价值感、教学热情与组织性、师生群体互动、课程管理等方面均优于传统方法 (P<0.05),学生知识考核成绩也显著高于传统方法 (P<0.05)。结论:结合计算机虚拟临床情景的新教学方法可明显调动师生的积极性和主动性,提高临床思维和判断能力,减少临床教学中给病人带来的不适感。
【Abstract】 Objective: Compare the study effect of clinical bedside teaching between computer-assisted instruction based on problem-based learning and traditional teaching for residents of medical graduate students. Methods: Residents of graduate students were random allocation and evaluated the clinical skills for bedside cases and emotional score by the SEEQ scale revised in Chinese. Results; Improved teaching was generally well received at some aspects,especially,student’s value,the teaching enthusiasm and the organization,the student’s group interaction,the course management. In additional,the score of improved teaching group was significantly increased( P < 0. 05). Conclusions; Combined computer-assisted and problem-based learning teaching effectively improve positive and active of residents of medical graduate and teacher,improve clinical outcome and reduce the discomfort during the clinical bedside teaching.
