【Abstract】 The young teachers’ ability and quality directly reflect the teaching quality of a university,and lecturing is a method to show the comprehensive ability of teachers in teaching. Teaching contest can improve young teachers’ teaching ability,meanwhile actively explore new ideas and new methods of teaching reform.
