【摘要】 桂圆菊(Acmella oleracea,Spilanthes oleracea)系菊科(Compositae)金钮扣(Spilanthes/Acmella)属植物,原产巴西、非洲热带地区。目前从桂圆菊中分离得到生物碱类、挥发油、黄酮类等多种化学成分,其中生物碱类(烷基酰胺)成分是其特征性成分。桂圆菊提取物在医用药理、农作物杀虫、化妆品方面也具有较高的活性价值。药理活性作用中镇痛作用显著,但其药理作用机制研究甚少。本文首次综述桂圆菊化学成分和药理作用研究进展,为更好的发现其植物价值。化学成分和药理作用机制有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acmella oleracea belongs to family Compositae, and is widely distributed in Brazil and tropical Africa. So far, flavonoids, alkaloids, and volatile oil had isolated from this plant, and alkylamide was regarded as its characteristic constituent. The Acmella oleracea extract has various pharmacological activities, and significant analgesic effect, which is widely used in cosmetics and crop insecticidal action. Little information was found related to the potential mechanism of the biological effects. This review summarized the biological activities and chemical constituents of Acmella oleracea for the first time, to better use the plant value, and further study the chemical constituents and pharmacological mechanism.更多还原
