【Abstract】 Non-intelligence factors are the stable psychological characteristics or factors,including motivation,interest,emotion,will and personality characteristics.The cultivation of medical students’ non-intelligence factors has the vital significance in improving medical students’ intelligent factors,developing medical students’ innovative ability,promoting medical students’ mental health and growth.Therefore,adopting the methods of positive psychology,strengthening the guidance of the college students’ positive cognition,mobilizing students’ positive emotions,molding healthy personality,and building good campus culture atmosphere will effectively promote college students’ non-intelligence factors,fully exploit medical students’ positive potential,and enable medical students to be qualified for their positions.更多还原
