基层医院分级诊疗和双向转诊的实施现状与对策
Implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and dual referral system in primary hospitals:status quo and countermeasures
【摘要】 文章从政策制度、医疗机构、患者和信息网络技术等方面,阐述了基层医院在分级诊疗和双向转诊实施过程中存在的问题与困难,并提出了解决问题的相应策略。
【Abstract】 From the policy system,medical institutions,patient factors and information network technology and other aspects,this paper expounds some problems and difficulties existing in the hierarchical diagnosis and dual referral system in primary hospitals,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
