WRKY转录因子与脱落酸在调控低温中的作用
Roles of WRKY Transcription Factors and Abscisic Acid Under Low Temperature
【摘要】 为了探索WRKY转录因子与脱落酸在调控植物抵御低温的作用。本研究总结了低温对植物的影响,介绍了ABA作为低温信号通路载体的研究进展,归纳了ABA调控WRKY转录因子以及其他转录因子抵抗低温的研究以及调控低温中受ABA响应的转录因子,概括了WRKY在低温中的作用。最后指出低温胁迫对植物影响的分子机制及调控网络的研究是未来研究的方向。
【Abstract】 The aim is to explore the role of WRKY transcription factor and abscisic acid in regulating plantresistance to low temperature. In this paper, we summarized the effects of low temperature on plants,introduced the progress of ABA as carrier of low temperature signal pathway, concluded the study of ABAregulating WRKY transcription factor and other transcription factors to resist low temperature, regulating thetranscription factors responded by ABA under low temperature. The role of WRKY under low temperature wasalso reviewed. At last, it was proposed that the future research direction should be the molecule mechanism ofplant response to low stress and regulatory network.
