【摘要】 阐述了第18届上海国际纺织工业展览会针织印染后整理设备情况。主要介绍了针织物拉幅定形、功能整理设备和水洗机及通用设备,并概述了一些主要设备的基本结构、技术特征。指出,拉幅定形机采用天然气或中压蒸汽进行加热并内置烟风道来减少热能损失,在热回收和自动过滤技术上不断发展;通用设备如水洗机,采用了双导布辊装置,优化针织物在运行中的张力,减少卷边和折痕出现,循环用水或者不用水。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article, the finishing equipment for knitted fabrics on the 18^th shanghai international textile industry exhibition are reviewed. The knitting tentering, finishing and washing machines, etc. are introduced. And their basic structures and main technical features are expounded in detail. It points out that heat loss of tentering machine can be reduced through using natural gas or medium pressure steam for heating and built-in smoke flue.Moreover, the filtration technology of tentering machine continues to evolve in the aspect of heat recovery and automatic. Other flexible units such as washing machines, the double cloth guide roller devices is used to optimize the tension of the knitted fabric in operation, to reduce the appearance of curling and creasing and water consumption.更多还原
