【摘要】 文中对第十八届上海国际纺织工业展展出的针织印花设备进行了综述,讨论了倾斜式圆网印花机的技术特点,介绍了超大花回型圆网印花机兼具圆网印花和平网印花的优点以及解决厚重织物印透的方法。针对参展的数码喷墨印花机,对比分析了扫描喷印和Single-pass喷印方式的差异,指出分散染料墨水直喷方式将会是涤纶面料规模性印花的主流。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the knitting printing equipments exhibited on the 18^th Shanghai international textile industry exhibition are reviewed. The technical characteristics of inclined rotary screen printing machine is discussed, the advantages of rotary screen printing machine with both rotary screen printing and flat screen printing,as well as the solution of heavy fabric printing penetration is described. For the digital inkjet printing machine exhibited at the exhibition, the differences between scanning printing and Single-pass printing are analyzed and compared. It points out that the direct spraying of disperse dye ink will be the mainstream of the large-scale printing of polyester fabric.更多还原
