【摘要】 介绍第18届上海国际纺织工业展览会参展无缝内衣圆机的厂商和设备概况。本次展会共有4家厂商展出了7台机器。意大利圣东尼(Santoni)公司展出了3台机器,展出机器型号和主要技术特点为:机号为22针/25.4 mm的SM8-TOP2 FAST型单面机具有速度优势,SM8-TR1是一种可以移圈的单面机,SM-DJ2T型双面机(12路编织,或8路成圈+4路移圈,或9路编织+3路移圈)以生产鞋面材料见长。国产无缝内衣机主要有3家参展,分别是宁波慈星的GE82-13单面无缝内衣机、中国台湾凹凸的EMJY-8单面无缝内衣机,以及福建福舜的FS-WF单面机和新研制的FS-F双面机,其中FS-F双面机可以生产变径护膝。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the seamless underwear circular knitting machines on the 18 thShanghai International Textile Industry Exhibition including 7 machines from 4 manufactures and sales companies. The Italian Santoni exhibits 3 machines with the machine types and main technological features such as the 22 G SM8-TOP2 FAST single machine with running speed advantages, SM8-TR1 single machine with transfer function, and SM-DJ2 T double-bed machine with the advantage of developing shoe materials equipped with 12 feeders, which can be set with either 8 feeder normal knitting plus 4 feeder transfer, or 9 feeder normal knitting plus 3 feeder transfer.The 4 seamless underwear knitting machines exhibited by 3 domestic companies are GE82-13 single machine from Cixing, EMJY-8 single machine from Aotu, FS-WF single machine and newly developed FS-F double-bed machine from Fushun, the latter can produce variable diameter knee protector.更多还原
