【摘要】 主要探讨了活性染料耐氯提升剂DM-2531在棉染色织物上的应用,分别采用浸渍法和浸轧法对棉针织和棉梭织染色织物进行整理,分析了DM-2531用量对织物色差及耐氯牢度提升效果的影响,与性能优异的市场同类产品进行了比较,并用于生产实践。结果表明:DM-2531在浸渍法中用量2%~4%、浸轧法中用量5~15 g/L,经处理后的染色织物耐氯色牢度可提高1~2级,耐氯牢度提升性能优于市场同类产品,且色差较小,ΔE小于1;生产实践中,DM-2531的耐氯牢度达到3~4级,耐氯牢度提升效果明显好于工厂现用活性染料耐氯牢度提升剂RX-202,且织物色差较小,能满足客户对耐氯色牢度的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper. the application of active dyestuff resistant to chlorine-fastnessenhancer DM-2531 in cotton dyeing fabrics was mainly discussed. The cotton knitting and weaving dyeing fabrics were treated by dipping method and padding method. The effects of DM-2531 dosage on fabric color difference and chlorine fastness enhancement were analyzed, comparing with the market similar products and using in production practice. The results show that the dosage of DM-2531 is 2%~4% in the dipping method, 5~15 g/L in the padding method, and the color fastness of the dyeing fabric could be improved by 1~2 level, the performance is better than products in the market similar, and the color difference is small, ΔE is less than 1; In practice of production, the effect of chlorine fastness improvement is better than the factory fastening agent RX-202, and the fabric color difference is small, which can meet the customer requirements for color fastness to chlorine.更多还原
