【摘要】 羊毛织物喷墨印花的固色一般需要较长的汽蒸时间,文中通过在预处理工作液中添加不同浓度的复配表面活性剂,测量不同汽蒸时间喷印织物的K/S值,分析了复配表面活性剂的用量对羊毛喷印织物K/S值的影响。结果表明,预处理工作液中添加1.0%复配表面活性剂可以缩短汽蒸时间至40 min,其K/S值与预处理未添加复配表面活性剂汽蒸60 min的对比样接近,耐摩擦色牢度相等,且印花图案没有渗化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fixation often needs longer steaming time for wool fabric in ink-jet printing. The effect of K/S value of printed wool fabric with the amount of formulated surfactant was analyzed by adding different concentrations of formulated surfactants in pretreatment paste and measured the K/S value of printed wool fabric with different steaming time. The results show that Pretreatment of working fluid by adding 1% of the complex surfactant can shorten the fixing time to 40 minutes, and the K/S value is similar to the sample treated without formulated surfactant and steamed for 60 minutes. The color fastness of fabric treated with formulated surfactant is equivalent to the sample,and the pattern appears with no percolation.更多还原
