气化松焦油在SiO2作用下的燃烧特性及燃烧动力学

【摘要】 为研究生物质气化焦油在SiO2作用下的燃烧特性,用松树皮在水冷式固定床生物质气化炉进行气化实验,将炉膛内黏附的焦油在SiO2作用下进行热质量实验,并进行燃烧特性分析及动力学分析。研究结果表明:少量的SiO2能改善气化松焦油的可燃性、稳燃性和燃尽性;当添加剂质量达到焦油质量的18.7%左右时,可燃性和稳燃性迅速下降,试样的燃尽性达到最佳;少量SiO2的加入在水分及轻质油挥发阶段增加了吸热量,在燃烧阶段活化能从14.75 k J/mol下降到8.85 k J/mol;SiO2质量与焦油质量的比值不能过大,否则过多的吸热量仍将影响其着火及燃尽特性。

【Abstract】 In order to study combustion characteristics of biomass gasification tar acted on by SiO2, tar adhering to the furnace was investigated by thermo-gravimetric analyzer(TGA) after pine bark was gasified in the water-cooled biomass pyrolysis gasifier, and combustion characteristics and combustion kinetics were studied. The results show that ignition characteristics, combustible characteristics, combustible stability and burnout characteristics can be improved by blending a small amount of SiO2. Ignition characteristics, combustible characteristics drop rapidly, burnout characteristics reach the maximum when the quality of SiO2 is about 18.7% of the tar. Endothermic quantity increases in the stage of water and light hydrocarbons volatilization, activation energy decreases from 14.75 k J/mol to 8.85 k J/mol in the combustion stage by blending a small amount of SiO2. The ratio of the tar quality to SiO2 quality can not be too high, otherwise the excessive heat absorption will affect the ignition and burnout characteristics.
