【摘要】 目的:通过调查产妇对盆底功能障碍疾病认知情况及康复需求,进行分析并提出相应的对策。方法:用自编的《孕产妇盆底功能障碍性疾病及康复措施调查问卷》对516例于产后42天门诊进行产后复查的产妇进行调查。结果:对盆底功能障碍疾病有正确认知的占36.85%,有知识需求的占80.88%,对治疗态度积极的占62.53%。结论:宣传和普及盆底功能障碍相关知识应作为当前健康教育的重要内容之一;加强基层医疗机构女性盆底康复科建设和专业人才培养是保障女性盆底健康的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and analyze cognition and rehabilitation needs of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction,and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire on pregnant women pelvic floor dysfunction diseases and rehabilitation measures was carried out to investigate 516 women,who had been examined by the outpatient department 42 day after delivery.Results:Of the 516 women,36.85% had a correct knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction,80.88% required some related knowledge,and 62.53% hold an active attitude towards it.Conclusions:The promotion and popularization of the knowledge about pelvic floor dysfunction should be an important content of the current health education.Moreover,strengthening the establishment of female pelvic floor rehabilitation discipline in the grassroots medical institutions and culturing the professional talents are the effective measures to guarantee of female pelvic floor health.更多还原
