【摘要】 目的:观察小牛脾提取物注射液在局部晚期头颈部肿瘤同步放化疗中对骨髓的影响。方法:选取局部晚期头颈部肿瘤患者90例,均每周应用顺铂30 mg/m2同步放化疗。根据是否应用小牛脾提取物注射液将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组45例。比较两组血常规三系变化。结果:研究组白细胞降低例数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血小板和血红蛋白与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小牛脾提取物注射液在局部晚期头颈部肿瘤同步放化疗中对骨髓升白具有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effects of calf spleen extract injection on bone marrow of local advanced head and neck tumor patients during simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods: 90 patients with local advanced head and neck tumors were selected and treated with Cisplatin 30 mg/m2 for simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy. According to the application of calf spleen extract injection,all the patients were divided into experimental group(n = 45) and control group(n = 45). The blood changes of the three lines in the process of the treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: The number of the cases with reduced WBC count of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); however,there were no statistical differences in the platelet count and hemoglobin level between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: The calf spleen extract injection in the simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy of local advanced head and neck tumors has a certain marrow protective effects.更多还原
