【摘要】 目的:观察早期舒适护理对脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复及其生活质量的影响。方法:选取94例脑出血患者的临床资料,依据不同护理方案分为对照组和研究组,每组各47例。对照组患者给予以常规护理;研究组患者给予以舒适护理。护理后,观察比较两组患者的生活质量及神经功能的影响。结果:研究组患者的生活质量评分及神经功能恢复状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者术后行早期舒适护理,可提高患者的生活质和改善其神经功能,其效果优于常规护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze effects of early comfortable nursing intervention on the recovery of neurological function and the quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation. Methods: The clinical data of 94 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected. According to the different nursing methods,the patients were divided into two groups. The control group( 47 cases) was given the routine care,while the study group( 47 cases) received the comfortable care. The effects of the nursing on the neurological function and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The scores of quality of life and the recovery of neurological function in the study group were better than those in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusions: Early comfortable nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and the neurological function,and its effects are superior to the routine care.更多还原
