【摘要】 目的:调查威海市多种养老形式老人心理卫生需求现状。方法:选取威海市4个行政区各种形式养老机构中的60岁以上老年人1 000人,随机发放自制调查问卷,用SPSS 11.5统计软件处理数据。结果:社会民营养老院和传统家庭养老老年人幸福感较好的占比例较高,医疗型养老院和民政普通养老院养老的幸福感较好的占比例较低,社区居家养老的幸福感较好的占的比例最低。结论:不同养老方式对老年人心理卫生需求存在明显差异,需加强社区及养老机构专业心理卫生服务体系的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the current situations of mental health demands of the elderly with various pension methods in Weihai city. Methods: 1000 elderly aged more than sixty with various pension methods were chosen from various endowment institutions in four different administrative regions of Weihai city. The self-made questionnaires were distributed randomly and the investigation data was processed with SPASS 11.5 statistical software. Results: The ratio of those with better well-being feelings in the elderly given nursing care by social private nursing homes and traditional families was highest,followed by those nursed by medical nursing homes and civil common nursing homes,and community homes orderly. Conclusions: The elderly with different pension methods have different mental health demands. Therefore,it is required to strengthen the construction of professional mental health services in communities and pension institutions.更多还原
