【摘要】 目的:观察阿德福韦酯对慢性乙肝患者血磷浓度及骨代谢的影响。方法:选择慢性乙肝患者87例为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者(44例)采用阿德福韦酯治疗;对照组患者(43例)采用恩替卡韦治疗。观察并比较两组患者血磷浓度及骨代谢的情况。结果:治疗8、12、24、48周,两组患者各时间点HBV-DNA转阴率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗第8、12周,观察组患者的ALT复常率较对照组低(P<0.05);第24、48周时,两组患者ALT复常率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的血磷、骨钙素、骨密度均较对照组显著降低,经补磷后恢复正常。结论:阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝患者时引起血磷、骨钙素、骨密度下降幅度较恩替卡韦明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate effects of Adefovir dipivoxil on serum phosphorus concentration and bone metabolism in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods: 87 cases of the patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected and divided into observation group( n = 44) and control group( n = 43) according to their treatment methods. The observation group was treated with Adefovir dipivoxil,while the control group was treated with Entecavir. The serum phosphorus concentrations and bone metabolism conditions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA between the two groups at the 8th,12 th,24th and 48 th week of treatment( P>0.05). At the 8th and 12 th of treatment,the normalization rate of ALT in the observation group were lower than that in the control group( P<0.05); however,there were no significant differences in the normalization rate of ALT between the two groups at the 24 th and 48 th week of treatment( P>0.05). After the treatment,the serum phosphorus concentration,osteocalcin and bone mineral density in the observation group were significant lower than those in the control group,but they returned to the normal after supplementing phosphorus. Conclusions: The declines of serum phosphorus,osteocalcin and bone mineral density induced by Adefovir dipivoxil in the patients with chronic hepatitis B are moreobvious than those caused by Entecavir.更多还原
