【摘要】 目的了解乳腺癌化疗患者自尊水平,分析化疗后皮肤病变和感觉异常对自尊水平的影响,为临床采取有效应对措施提供依据。方法对2016年7月—2017年7月来唐山市人民医院和沧州市人民医院就诊的454例乳腺癌患者,采用Rosenberg自尊量表进行调查。结果患者化疗后低自尊水平者占29.7%,中自尊水平者占57.3%,高自尊水平者只占13%。多因素分析年龄、发热感、皮肤红斑或破溃、社会支持、皮肤或指甲发黑、麻木感、皮肤过度角化是患者化疗后自尊水平的影响因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌化疗患者心理自尊水平低,化疗后的皮肤病变及其感觉异常是促发因素,应引起高度重视,及时调整患者心态,积极配合治疗,促进康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the skin lesion,paresthesia and self-esteem of the breast cancer patients with following chemotherapy,and to examine the correlation between them to provide the scientific basis for clinical intervention.Methods A total of 454 cases of breast cancer patients who were in Tangshan People′s Hospital and Cangzhou People′s Hospital from July 2016 to 2017 were investigated by the Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale.Results The low,medium and high self-esteem level of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy was 29.7 percent,57.3 percent and 13 percent,respectively.Multivariate analysis showed that age,warm sensation of body parts,flushing red or broken skin,social support,staining black in skin or nails,feeling of numbness and skin keratinization were associated with the level of self-esteem,and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients after chemotherapy have low self-esteem.The occurrence of skin lesion and paresthesia is the precipitating factors of low self-esteem level;therefore this should be taken into consideration seriously.We should adjust the patient′s mentality in time,and make them cooperate with treatment actively to promote the rehabilitation of the collectives.更多还原
