【摘要】 目的探讨外用克痤隐酮凝胶联合口服丹参酮胶囊治疗轻中度痤疮的疗效。方法选择在2016年5—10月期间在该科就诊的轻中度痤疮患者共98例。将患者随机分成二组,观察组和对照组。观察组采用克痤隐酮凝胶早晚各一次外用,同时口服丹参酮胶囊4粒,3次/d口服。连续8周。对照组仅采用克痤隐酮凝胶早晚各一次外用。比较二组痤疮患者治疗前后的皮疹数目及治疗疗效。结果 1治疗前后皮损数目对比:观察组治疗前后,非炎性皮损由17.75±12.42降至6.92±4.72,炎性皮损由25.31±13.82降至6.27±3.09,总皮损43.06±17.47降至13.20±6.81。对照组治疗后非炎性皮损由16.91±11.39降至8.62±6.00,炎性皮损由24.13±14.07降至8.89±7.68,总皮损41.04±16.19降至17.51±11.24。各组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2治疗后观察组及对照组皮损数目对比:炎性皮疹及总皮损数目观察组明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3经8周治疗后观察组显效率为56.86%;而对照组为30.04%,二组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的有效率为75.44%,对照组的有效率为65.96%,二组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。410.2%的患者在应用克痤隐酮凝胶时出现轻度皮肤发红干燥等症状,经对症处理后恢复。不良反应轻微。结论克痤隐酮凝胶外用联合丹参酮口服在轻中度痤疮中可显著减少皮损,临床有效率高,不良反应轻微。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of tanshinnon combined with Kecuocryptone gel on treating mild and moderate acne.Methods Totally 98 patients with mild)to)moderate acne from May 2016 to October 2016 in author’s hospital were selected as the subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with tanshinnon)Capsules(4 capsules,3/d orally)combined with)Kecuocryptone gel every morning and evening external useage,while the control group was only treated with Kecuocryptone gel.The two groups were treated 8 weeks.Then we observed the lesions counts,the cure rate and the effective rate.Results The lesions counts before and after treatment:Non inflammatory lesions counts was from17.75±12.42 to 6.92±4.72,inflammatory lesions counts was from25.31±13.82 to 6.27±3.09,total skin lesions counts was from43.06±17.47 to 13.20±6.81.In the control group,non inflammatory lesions counts was from16.91±11.39 to 8.62±6.00,inflammatory lesions counts was from24.13±14.07 to 8.89±7.68,total skin lesions counts was from41.04±16.19 to17.51±11.24.The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment in each group,P<0.01.After 8 weeks treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 56.86%,while that in the control group was 30.04%.the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.The effective rate in the treatment group was 75.44%,the effective rate in the control group was 65.96%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups,P<0.05.10.2% of patients occurred mild skin redness and dry symptoms during using kecuocryptone gel,after symptomatic treatment,symptom recovered,adverse reactions were mild.Conclusion Using tanshinone combined with Kecuocryptone gel in treating mild and moderate acne was effective and safe.更多还原
