新型节能型太阳能半导体制冷制热机构的探究
Research on Refrigeration and Heating Mechanism of New Energy-saving Solar Semiconductor
【摘要】 设计新型半导体制冷制热机构,能够有效提高热端散热量,降低半导体冷热端温差,为现阶段热电制冷技术提供新的装置思路。新型装置在进行大量性能探究实验基础上,进行了FLUENT数值模拟以及实物建模,对装置的整体性能进行了深入分析。研究表明新型装置能够应用于实际生产与生活的中小型制冷场合,并以新型装置为基础设计出新型的节能型小型饮水机与节能型空调的模型。
【Abstract】 a new type of semiconductor refrigeration and heating mechanism is designed,which can effectively improve the heat dissipation of the hot end and reduce the temperature difference between the hot and cold side of the semiconductor,and provide a new idea for the thermoelectric refrigeration technology.Based on the large number of performance exploration experiments,the FLUENT numerical simulation and physical modeling are carried out,and the overall performance of the device is analyzed deeply.It can be seen that the device can be applied to the production and living of small and medium-sized refrigeration occasions,and the device based on the design of a new type of energy-saving small drinking fountains and energy-efficient air-conditioning model.
