新型纳米银/多酸复合抗菌洗涤剂的合成及抗菌性能研究
On the Preparation and Antibacterial Activity of Nanoscaled Silver/Polyoxometalates Antibacterial Detergent
【摘要】 采用微乳液法合成了羟基磷灰石支撑的纳米银/多酸抗菌因子,利用FT-IR、XRD和TEM对其物相结构及形貌进行表征,以此制备出新型抗菌洗涤剂,并测试其抗菌活性.研究发现:新型抗菌洗涤剂具优异的抗菌性能,抗菌时间持久,比普通抗菌洗涤剂抗菌时间延长3~5 d,该新型抗菌洗涤剂对厨房用具和衣物等生活杂菌也表现出良好的抗菌性.
【Abstract】 The nanoparticle of n HAP-Ag/POMs which is constituted by hydroxyapatite was compounded by using microemulsion method.Its characteristic and structure were studied and represented by method of FT-IR,XRD spectra and TEM.Therefore,the new type of antibacterial detergent was developed and its activity was tested based on this research.It has shown a strong effect of antibacterial property through the study.Compared with other common antibacterial detergents on the market,its antibacterial time lasted longer,which extended about 3to 5 days.Meanwhile,this new detergent showed a great effect of antibacterial property for mixed bacteria in life,for example,used for kitchen utensils and clothing.
