【摘要】 目的探讨舌癌术后无瘤生存3年患者的生存质量及其临床影响因素。方法选择舌癌患者57例,自主完成华盛顿大学生存质量问卷,问卷包含疼痛、外形、活动能力、娱乐、吞咽、咀嚼、语言、肩部功能、味觉、唾液、情绪和焦虑共12项功能主观评价。每项3~5个等级,Likert计分,最高状态级或正常功能定为100分,最低状态级或最严重功能丧失定为0分,分析结果中可能的临床影响因素。结果性别、年龄、文化程度、肿瘤部位、颈淋巴清扫方式、皮瓣修复方式及是否化疗对舌癌术后的生存质量无影响(P>0.05),而吸烟、T分期、N分期、是否放疗可影响舌癌术后的生存质量(P<0.05)。结论华盛顿大学生存质量问卷是有效的舌癌患者生存质量评价工具,可为舌癌的临床资料管理及治疗方案的设计提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Study the quality of life and related factors of survivors of tongue cancer for at least 3 years.Method Fifty-seven patients who were treated in our hospital between 2005 and 2010 completed the University of Washington Quality of Life Scale by themselves.Result Gender,age,degree of education,tumor site,neck dissection,restoration with flap and chemotherapy had no influence on the quality of life(P>0.05),however,smoking,T classification,N classification and radiotherapy can effect the quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusion The University of Washington Quality of Life Scale can effectively evaluate the quality of life of patients of tongue cancer and it can support the clinical management of cancer data and design of therapy schedule as well.更多还原
