【Abstract】 Nasal polyps is a common chronic inflammatory disease in the otolaryngology,which is the dominant lesion in the nasal sinus and mucosa,nowadays the pathogenesis is still not fully researched.Previous research confirmed T cell immunoglobulin and mucin 3(TIM-3) could promote Treg cells proliferation and inhibit Th1 cells and Th17 cells differentiation as well as their secretion of cytokines,participating in the significant immune response in the disease.Recently,Th1/Th2 cells and Th17/Treg cells imbalances play the important role in nasal polyps.The paper illuminated the correlation of TIM-3 and Th1,Th17 Treg cells in in the nasal polyps.更多还原
