【摘要】 目的探讨长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)IRAIN在肝癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用实时定量PCR检测lncRNA IRAIN在36例肝癌组织和对应癌旁组织及24例正常肝组织中的表达,结合患者临床病理特征,分析二者之间的关系。结果肝癌组织中,lncRNA IRAIN表达水平明显低于癌旁组织和正常肝组织,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);lncRNA IRAIN表达与肝癌患者性别、年龄及有无肝炎病史间比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),但与肿瘤大小、分化程度以及临床分期间比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 lncRNA IRAIN可能抑制肝癌的发生发展,有望成为肝癌早期诊断和判断预后的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA( lncRNA) IRAIN in hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) tissues,adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues and its clinical significance.Methods We used the real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction( Real-time PCR) to assay the expression of lncRNA IRAIN in 36 cases of liver cancer tissues and the corresponding adjacent tissues as well as 24 cases of normal liver tissues,and their relationship binding to the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression level of lncRNA IRAIN in HCC tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues,and the differences was statically significant( all P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences between the lncRNA IRAIN expression and HCC patients’ genders,ages and with or without hepatitis history( all P > 0. 05). However,the difference was significant between the lncRNA IRAIN expression and the degree of tumor differentiation,tumor size and clinical stages( all P < 0. 05). Conclusions lncRNA IRAIN may suppress the occurrence and development of HCC,and is expected to become one of the indicators for early diagnosis and prognosis of HCC.更多还原
