【Abstract】 This review focuses on the recent research results and methods on the structure and function of transmembrane protein with the use of liposome artificial vesicles. And it classifies the experiment methods of synthetic peptide fragments, and the mechanism of melt membrane polypeptides and cell penetrating peptides.
