【Abstract】 In order to demonstrate the properties and application value of the soft X-ray nano-CT,the basic principle and characteristics of the tool,and data preprocessing and reconstruction method were introduced in this paper.Some typical examples were given to show the applications of the soft X-ray nano-CT in the fields of science.It is indicated that the soft X-ray nano-CT has unique and advantage for studying the hydrated biologic samples.At last,an outlook about further development of soft X-ray nanoCT was given.更多还原
