【摘要】 目的探讨前牙微创全瓷贴面修复的个性化临床护理措施。方法对上、下前牙牙体缺损43例患者共58颗患牙进行微创瓷贴面修复,并实施个性化的临床护理,包括完善的围术期健康指导、系统的美学修复护理及规范的专科护理操作。结果 43例患者58颗患牙治疗完成后修复体形态自然,瓷贴面和基牙的边缘过渡自然,患者对美学效果满意。在修复后12~36个月复诊检查中,1颗由于色素沉着导致修复体与牙齿边缘线明显,重新抛光后患者满意;1颗由于不慎咬硬物至折裂,后改设计为唇侧全贴面。结论前牙微创瓷贴面修复具有良好的修复效果和成功率,系统个性化整体护理对保证其修复成功十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the ways of personalized nursing in the prosthesis of anterior teeth by minimal porcelain veneers. Methods Implementing personalized nursing,including comprehensive perioperative health guidances,systematic aesthetics nursing and standard special nursing,to 58 defective anterior teeth,inferior or superior,in 43 cases,during the process of prosthesis by minimal porcelain veneers. Results After porcelain veneers treatment,for 58 defective teeth in 43 cases,all patients were satisfied with the prosthesis with natural feature,smooth edge,and a perfect transaction will be found at the mixed zone with the prosthesis and the teeth. With following up in next 12-36 months,one was re-polished due to the sharp edge and chromatics,and one was re-veneer due to fractured by heavy occlusion. Conclusions Personalized nursing is very helpful for the success of prosthesis of anterior teeth by minimal porcelain veneer,which contributes to the satisfied results and success rate during dental clinic treatment.更多还原
