基于制造物联的模具动态检测模型的设计
Design of mould dynamic detection model based on the internet of manufacturing things
【摘要】 对制造物联的发展现状进行了详细研究,具体分析了将制造物联应用至模具制造业中的结构层次框架,以模具产品加工为研究对象,提出一种通过红外激光模组进行模具寿命动态自动检测的模型,并运用该激光模组在垂直面上的四个点距离不同变化检测出模具上下模面的平行度,实现了模具动态运动过程的寿命与平行度问题的自动报警,提高了模具加工的精度要求,同时规定了该模具动态运动过程中的平行度检测算法,并规划出数据管理器的终端要求,最后完成对模具管理系统的实现。
【Abstract】 The paper studied the development situation of IOMT in detail,and analyzed the structure of IOMT used in the mold manufacturing industry. Processing of mould products as the research object,a model for the automatic detection of the lifetime of mould by infrared laser module is presented. The parallel degree of the upper and lower die face of the die is detected by using the four point distance of the laser module in the vertical plane,which can realize the automatic alarm of the lifetime and parallel degree of the dynamic motion of the mould to improve the machining accuracy requirements of mould. The parallel detection algorithm for the dynamic motion of the mould is provided,and the requirement of the terminal for data manager is planned. At last,the realization of the mould management system is completed.
