【摘要】 目的评价1%卢立康唑乳膏治疗体股癣的疗效和安全性。方法采用单中心、随机、单盲、平行对照(1%盐酸特比萘芬乳膏)试验。每天外用药物1次,疗程2周。在入组时、治疗1周和2周、停药2周时进行观察和评价。结果试验组30例、对照组28例患者完成随访并录入统计。有效率:试验组和对照组在治疗1周时分别为43.33%和28.57%;治疗2周时,分别为96.67%和85.71%;停药2周时分别为96.67%和100.00%。两组间均无统计学差异。真菌清除率:试验组和对照组在治疗1周时均为50.00%;治疗2周时分别为96.67%和85.71%;停药2周时分别为96.67%和100.00%。两组间均无统计学差异。本研究未见不良反应。结论 1%卢立康唑乳膏治疗体股癣有效、安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 1% luliconazole cream in the treatment of tinea corporis and tinea cruris.Methods A single-center,single-blind,randomized,positive drug(1% terbinafine hydrochloride cream)controlled trial was conducted.Both 1%luliconazole cream and 1%terbinafine hydrochloride cream were applied once daily for 2weeks to the rashes.Patients were evaluated at 0(baseline),1,2and 4weeks.Results Thirty cases in the trial group and 28 cases in the control group were evaluated.The effective rate at 1week was 43.33%in the trial group and 28.57%in the control group(P>0.05);96.67% versus 85.71% at 2weeks and 96.67% versus 100.00% at 4weeks respectively(P>0.05).Mycological cure rates at 1week both were 50%in the trial group and control group;96.67% versus 85.71% at 2weeks and96.67% versus 100.00% at 4weeks respectively(P>0.05).Treatment-related adverse events were not seen in this study.Conclusion This study suggests that 1%luliconazole cream was effective and safe in the treatment of tinea corporis and tinea cruris.更多还原
