基于移动互联和生物传感技术的骨科康复产品在前叉韧带重建术后的应用
Application of a novel wearable rehabilitation equipment after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
【摘要】 [目的]研究基于移动互联和生物传感技术的骨科康复产品在前交叉韧带重建术后康复中的临床效果。[方法]将80例随机分为两组(每组40例),康复组术后出院由康复科医生通过骨科康复产品指导患者实施康复治疗;对照组术后出院仅给予康复计划及指导。每两周门诊复查,至术后3个月。观察比较两组患者术后1、3个月的膝关节活动度、KT-1000值、Lysholm评分与国际膝关节文献委员会膝关节评估表(IKDC)评分及膝关节本体感觉评定。[结果]术后1个月康复组患者主动关节活动度差值(15.99±2.03)、KT-1 000值(0.86±0.21)和本体感觉运动位置觉差值(0.50±0.19)均低于对照组,IKDC评分(54.75±6.01)高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05),而Lysholm评分和被动关节活动度差值差异无统计学意义(Ρ>0.05);术后3个月康复组患者主动关节活动度差值(7.59±1.43)、被动关节活动度(7.54±1.71)、KT-1000值(1.43±0.27)和本体感觉运动位置觉差值(0.20±0.09)均低于对照组,IKDC评分(66.26±4.85)和Lysholm评分(1.43±0.27)均高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05)。[结论]关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术后通过基于移动互联和生物传感技术的骨科康复产品进行康复训练,能够有效地恢复膝关节的稳定性及改善膝关节功能,促进本体感觉的恢复,从而大大增加康复疗效,值得推广。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the clinical outcomes of a wearable rehabilitation equipment based on mobile interconnection and biosensing techniques for patients after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction. [Methods] Eighty patients who had arthroscopic reconstruction for ACL injury were randomly divided into two groups with 40 in each group. Patients in the test group were given the wearable rehabilitation equipment for assistance of rehabilitation, while those in the control group received only conventional rehabilitation. Regular outpatient interviews were carried out every two weeks until three months after the surgery. Active and passive range of motion, Lysholm score,International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC) score,KT-1000,and proprioception test assessment were measured and compared between the two groups at 1, 3 months after the surgery.[Results] At 1 month after surgery,there were significant differences in the side to side difference of active range of motion [(15.99±2.03)° versus(20.07±2.01)°, P<0.05], KT-1000 [(0.86±0.21)mm versus(1.03±0.20)mm, P<0.05],side to side difference of proprioception [(0.50±0.19)° versus(0.83±0.34)°, P<0.05] and IKDC score [(54.75±6.01)versus(44.66±6.60), P<0.05] compared the test group with the control group. Furthermore, at 3 months after surgery, statistically significant differences were noted between the two groups in Lysholm score, IKDC score, KT-1000, side to side difference of active and passive range of motion and difference of proprioception(P<0.05). [Conclusion] This wearable rehabilitation equipment based on mobile interconnection and biosensing techniques is helpful to improve the stability and proprioception of knee joints, and recover its function. Therefore, using this equipment does increase the efficacy of rehabilitation.
