【摘要】 腰椎椎间融合术已被证明是治疗腰椎管狭窄、腰椎滑脱、脊柱不稳等腰椎退行性疾病的有效方法。随着脊柱外科手术技术的发展及对疾病认识的加深,国内外学者报道了多种治疗腰椎退行性疾病的新入路,初步应用虽取得了较好的临床效果,但也陆续报道了相关并发症的出现。目前腰椎融合方法各异,每种术式均有各自的优势和局限性。本文就各种腰椎椎间融合手术方式及相关并发症等方面进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lumbar interbody fusion is recognized as an effective treatment for degenerative lumbar diseases,such as lumbar spinal canal stenosis,spondylolisthesis,and segmental spinal instability. With the quick development of spinal surgery techniques and the deepening understanding about degenerative lumbar diseases,different approaches have been investigated and described literally. After application of these new approaches,satisfactory surgical outcomes have been achieved. However, the complications associated with each approach were reported as well. Generally, each approach is associated with unique benefits and limitations. This article reviews the different surgical approaches reported in recent years and their related complications.更多还原
