蚕丝支架构建组织工程前交叉韧带的研究现状
Tissue-engineered anterior cruciate ligament constructed with silk scaffolds: current literature review
【摘要】 本文就蚕丝支架构建组织工程前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)的研究进展进行综述。蚕丝拥有良好的生物相容性和优越的综合力学性能。蚕丝支架所构建的组织工程ACL在ACL重建的动物实验中效果满意,如能结合种子细胞或与胶原等制成复合支架则效果更佳。蚕丝支架组织工程ACL目前已进入临床实验,拥有广阔的临床应用前景。
【Abstract】 A search was performed to retrieve the articles on the characteristics of silk and the braiding method for tissueengineered ACL constructed with silk scaffolds, as well as cell experiments, animal experiments, and clinical trials, published in recent years. Silk has good biocompatibility and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. The results of animal experiments showed that tissue-engineered ACL constructed with silk scaffolds has a satisfactory performance, and if the silk scaffolds is combined with seed cells or collagen to prepare composite scaffolds, the treatment effects would be better. Nowadays, tissue-engineered ACL constructed with silk scaffolds has already entered clinical trials. Tissue-engineered ACL constructed with silk scaffolds has a wide clinical prospect.
