【摘要】 中日韩地域毗邻、人种相同、文化传统相近,具有较强的比较意义。论文主要采用专家访谈与比较分析等研究方法,从校园足球发展所需的场地、经费、教练员、后备人才、赛事机制等方面进行比较分析,寻找中国青少年校园足球发展的资源短板,进而提出中国青少年校园足球发展的对策。研究认为:基于中日韩足球资源之比较,我国校园足球发展应该构建多元化投入机制,提高经费使用效率,优化场地布局,提高场地利用率,挖掘足球人才,扩大人才队伍,完善竞赛制度,形成足球氛围,构建多元主体融合治理机制,从而促使中国青少年校园足球资源管理优化,保障青少年校园足球的快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research on China,Japan and South Korea has stronger comparison significance due to their neighboring relationship,same race and close cultural tradition.This paper mainly uses the method of expert interview and comparative analysis,and it does some comparative analyses from court,expenditure,trainer,reserve talent,match mechanism required for the development of campus football,in order to search for resource shortcomings affecting the development of juvenile campus football in China.Then it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of juvenile campus football in China.Based on comparison of football resources in Japan and Korea,the results show that the football development in China should be improved from the following:Firstly,establish a diversified investment mechanism and raise the expenditure service efficiency;Secondly,optimize the court layout and increase the court availability;Thirdly,explore football talents and expand talent teams;Finally,perfect the match mechanism,form a football atmosphere and establish multiple subjects governance mechanism,so as to promote the optimization of juvenile campus football resource management and guarantee the rapid development of juvenile campus football.更多还原
