高校体育俱乐部模式探究——以浙江师范大学为例
Study on the P. E. Club pattern in colleges and universities:a case study of Zhejiang Normal University
【摘要】 为深入探索高校体育俱乐部的运行模式,在借鉴国内其他高校体育俱乐部运行模式的基础上,结合浙江师范大学的实际,制定出浙江师范大学体育俱乐部模式:课内-课外一体化俱乐部及训练-竞赛一体化俱乐部2种.实践结果表明:相比于以往制度化、标准化的课程模式,这种体育俱乐部制模式更能激发学生参与体育运动的热情,提高学生的课外活动参与率.
【Abstract】 Based on the P. E. Club framework experience of colleges and universities,combining the reality of Zhejiang Normal University( ZJNU),it was presented the ZJNU P. E. Club pattern. The results showed that,compared to traditional school P. E. conducted pattern,P. E. could induce students’ interest obviously. ZJNU P. E. Club included curriculum and extra curriculum P. E.( CEC P. E.) and integration of training and competition( ITC). Practice results showed that compared with the previous institutionalized,standardized curriculum mode,mode of sports club system could stimulate the enthusiasm of the students participating in sports,improve the students’ extracurricular activity participation.
