【摘要】 目的:观察膝关节骨性关节炎采用刘氏毫火针疗法治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法:选择本院康复科病房和门诊2015年5月-2016年9月就诊的膝关节骨性关节炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组均取穴:梁丘、血海、足三里、内膝眼、外膝眼、膝阳关、阳陵泉、阴陵泉。治疗组(刘氏毫火针组)采用刘氏毫火针治疗,隔天治疗1次,每周3次;对照组(常规针刺组)采用毫针针刺治疗,得气后接电针仪,采用疏密波,配合TDP照射,每天1次,每周治疗6次,4周为一疗程,1个疗程后观察疗效和安全性。结果:1个疗程结束后,治疗组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、关节炎生活质量测量量表2-短卷(AIMS2-SF)和临床总疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:刘氏毫火针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效良好,使用安全,值得进一步研究和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Liu’s filiform-heated needling in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis from May. 2015 to Sep. 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. Points of ST34,ST36,SP9,SP10,EX-LE5,GB33 and GB34 were used in both two groups. The treatment group was treated with Liu’s filiform-heated needling,once every two days,three times a week. While the control group was treated with regular filiform needling,followed by electrical disperse-dense wave stimulation and TDP radiation after acu-esthesia was obtained,the treatment was once a day,six times per week. After four weeks,the efficacy and safety of both groups were observed. Results: Visual Analogue Scale( VAS),Short-form Arthritis Impact Measurement Scale 2( AIMS2-SF),and the total curative effect of the treatment were better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Liu’s filiform-heated needling has a significant efficacy and high safety in treating knee osteoarthritis,therefore it deserves a further research and promotion.更多还原
