【Abstract】 Project-based Learning(PBL),a teaching mode,has been widely recommended since its emergence because it focuses on the training of students’ practical ability and their comprehensive skills. It is suitable to many subjects owing to its wide range of application. Project-based Language Learning(PBLL),emphasizing on the practical use of the language and learning by doing,aiming at developing students ’ linguuistic integrated competence,becomes a natural outcome of English teaching reform.With the help of network technology platform and information resources, " Internet + " PBLL presents new? characteristics.
