【Abstract】 Secondary norm school education,in the past century,has accumulated the historical experiences of General School Teachers’ training,including the reasonable enrollment-employment system,the excellent student resource of junior high school,the perfect cultivating mode,the stable emotional education for profession and good school culture. All these experiences would provide references for current general school teachers ’ training in reforming the enrollment system,student resource choice,teacher’s training mode,the collaboration between colleges,educational administrations and? primary schools.
