重症患者非心源性心律失常的预防与治疗
Prevention and treatment of non-cardiac arrhythmia in critically ill patients
【摘要】 心律失常是危重症患者的一种常见疾病,按是否存在心脏器质性病变分为心源性心律失常和非心源性心律失常。本文主要综述重症患者非心源性心律失常(心房纤颤、室性及室上性心律失常、心动过速等)的预防与治疗。
【Abstract】 Arrhythmia is a common disease of the critically ill patient.It is divided into cardiac and non-cardiac arrhythmia based on organic disease.This paper reviewed the current state of prevention and treatment of non-cardiac arrhythmia in critically ill patients.
