【摘要】 非学历教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,通过非学历教育培训效果评价,可以增强培训的针对性与有效性,提高培训质量。从我国非学历教育培训的实际出发,基于训前准备、训中监控、训后评价、跟踪反馈等环节,提出由培训各方利益相关者共同参与的培训效果监督与评价体系;基于上述研究,形成培训效果的评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价法,实现培训效果的综合评判。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-academic education is an important part of the education system in our country. Evaluation on nonacademic education and training effectiveness can enhance the relevance and effectiveness of training and improve the quality of training. From the reality of non-academic education and training in China,based on the training preparation,monitoring,evaluation and follow-up after training in four aspects,this thesis puts forward a training effectiveness monitoring and evaluation system related to all stakeholders of participating in the training. Based on the above research,the final result is to form an evaluation index system of training effectiveness,by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to achieve comprehensive evaluation of training effectiveness.更多还原
