基于ANSYS优化技术的非对称管板的分析与设计
Strength analysis and design of asymmetric tube sheet based on ANSYS optimization techniques
【摘要】 非对称管壳式蒸发器是低温余热发电的核心设备,在近年来应用越来越广泛.非对称管板即管板的管束布置呈非对称状,而管束的特殊分布使得管板的应力情况复杂,目前没有非对称管板板厚的具体计算公式,只能借助数值求解的方法来计算.从安全生产的角度出发,为了在满足结构强度的要求下达到成本最小的目的,利用ANSYA有限元软件对构件进行了应力分析,通过ANSYS优化技术,选取管板厚度为设计变量,蒸发器质量为目标函数,对管板参数进行优化,最终得出了合理的结果.
【Abstract】 Unsymmetrical shell and tube evaporator is the core equipment,and it is used in the low temperature waste heat power generation process in recent years.Because of the tube bundle is asymmetric so the stress of the unsymmetrical tube sheet is very complicated,and there is no specific formula to calculate the thickness of the unsymmetrical tube sheet.From the safety purpose and the minimum cost,the tube sheet thickness is selected as design variable,component quality is selected as objective function.The stress of tube sheet is analyzed by ANSYS finite element method,and the thickness of the tube sheet is optimized and the reasonable result is got finally.
