变转速球磨机的波动频率研究
Frequency of speed fluctuations in ball mill with variable rotation speed
【摘要】 为提高磨机处于泻落运动时介质的活性,以增强介质对物料的剪切研磨作用,对变转速球磨机的波动频率开展了研究.根据球磨电动机的负载特性和筒壁介质的动态变速响应特性,从理论上获得了变转速球磨机的最大波动频率计算式.通过球磨机介质运动仿真,对不同波动频率下介质群与筒体的转差率和介质切向能耗占比的分析得出采用较低波动频率就能增强介质对颗粒的剪切研磨作用.恒转速和变转速的粉磨实验结果表明:变转速能提高球磨机的粉磨效率,转速波动频率越高单位时间产率越大,研究结果为变转速球磨机波动频率的设定提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 In order to improve media’activation and enhance shear and abrasion to particles,the fluctuation frequency of the ball mill with variable rotation speed was studied.Based on ball mill load and dynamic response characteristics of media near wall,the calculation formula of the maximum frequency of the ball mill with variable rotation speed was derived.Numerical and experimental analysis of media motion were done on DEM model and ball mill,respectively.Results show that variable rotation speed can improve the grinding effeciency of ball mill,and the output of ball mill in unit time increases with fluctuation frequency.The conclusions of this work could be the theoretical basis for the setting of the fluctuation frequency of ball mill with variable rotation speed.
