烟属植物种子微形态扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 对烟属植物种子形态和种皮表面结构特征进行研究,以便探讨其系统分类特性,为揭示烟属植物种质资源的遗传多样性打基础。结果表明,49个种61份烟属植物种子长为0.43~0.98mm,宽为0.32~0.70mm,属于中型种子;所研究的烟草种子表面纹饰有5种类型,其中一种类型,种子表面有明显的瘤状凸起,但凸起的微观特征不同种间有较为明显的差异。同一种不同来源的表面纹饰基本相似。本研究较全面地观察了烟属植物的种子表面微形态,为揭示烟属植物遗传多样性、并加以鉴别奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Morphological features of seed of Genus Nicotiana were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),in order to identify characters to distinguish them and elucidate the genetic diversity of the Genus.The results showed that the length of seed from 49 wild species 61 accessions ranged from 0.43 mm to 0.98 mm,and from 0.32 mm to 0.70 mm in wide,seed size of this Genus was distributed in a middle position in Solanacea family.Seed surface pattern of Genus Nicotiana was divided into5 types,The papillate bulge was obvious on seed surface in one of the five types,but the bulge features were different among them.Little difference for the seed surface patterns were observed among same species with different accessions.This is the first report of the comprehensive observation on the micromorphological features of seed in Genus Nicotianain China,it helps to be used as a taxonomic traits and provide a basis of the works of conserving,utilizing the wild species of tobacco.
