【摘要】 目的探讨肺多发性硬化性血管瘤(PSH)的临床特点,以提高对多发性PSH的认识。方法回顾性分析2例经病理证实为肺多发性硬化性血管瘤患者的临床资料并进行相关文献复习。结果 2例多发性PSH患者的临床和影像学表现均缺乏特异性,术前纤维支气管镜检及经皮肺穿刺未能获得明确的病理组织学诊断证据,经手术切除后确诊。结论多发性PSH临床罕见,术前诊断困难,确诊主要依靠术后病理检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and improve the knowledge of multiple pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma(PSH) of the lung.Methods The clinical data of 2 cases of lung multiple PSH were analyzed,and the related literatures were reviewed.Results The clinical and radiographic data of the two cases was lack of specificity,preoperative fiber bronchoscopy and percutaneous lung puncture were failed to obtain pathological diagnosis.The definite diagnosis was required after surgical resection.Conclusion Multiple PSH is a rare disease.Obtaining the accurate diagnosis is difficult before operation,surgical resection is usually used to indicate the definite diagnosis.更多还原
