【摘要】 一个集样本收集、处理、储存和分发等活动为主的肿瘤生物样本库,正在为生物样本库事业、肿瘤的基础与临床研究发挥重要作用。肿瘤生物样本库除收集、处理、储存和分发肿瘤相关的生物样本,同时收集相关的生物样本信息与样本本身同等重要,缺一不可。肿瘤生物样本库样本与一般疾病样本库区别最大之处,是其样本的病理学形态至关重要,应提供明确的肿瘤形态学分析信息供研究者使用。与其他任何生物样本库一样,肿瘤生物样本库的可持续性发展,是决定其是否能够生存,并在医药卫生事业和攻克癌症中充分发挥作用的关键。以肿瘤生物样本库联盟的形式扩大肿瘤样本数量,能够快速为课题组织高质量的肿瘤样本,满足研究的需求,是肿瘤生物样本库长期而持续发展的任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tumor biobank that collect, process, store and distribute the tumor biosamples, contributes to the biobank development, as well as basic and clinical research. In addition, related clinical annotation of these samples is extremely importance. The most significant difference between the tumor biobank and other biobanks is that the morphological characteristics of the tumor biobank is critical, providing clue of morphology as clinical information in the analysis. The sustainabile development is the key factor for tumor biobank to survive and play function role in the biomedicine and the cure for cancer. Tumor biobank league could expand the tumor sample size organiz high guality tumer samples guickly to meet the research requirement; nevertheless, it is still a long term and sustainable task.更多还原
