【摘要】 目的:了解老年口腔扁平苔藓患者口腔健康相关生活质量与心理状况,并分析探讨生活质量与心理状况的相关性。方法:采用中文版口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP)-14和抑郁焦虑压力量表-21(DASS-21)对口腔黏膜科就诊的110例老年口腔扁平苔藓患者进行问卷调查。结果:老年口腔扁平苔藓患者OHIP-14量表总分为22.8±14.10;抑郁得分为10.6±10.96;焦虑得分为11.20±7.50;压力得分为10.90±8.36。老年口腔扁平苔藓患者抑郁、焦虑、压力得分与OHIP-14量表总分均呈显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.815、0.843、0.607。结论:老年口腔扁平苔藓患者生活质量为中度水平,并存有不同程度的抑郁、焦虑、压力不良情绪,医护人员应对其不良心理状况给予针对性的心理干预措施,从而改善其心理状态,提高生活质量水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate quality of life and psychological status of elderly patients with oral lichen planus, and explore to analyze the relationship between psychological status and quality of life. Methods: 110 elderly patients with oral lichen planus were surveyed by using the(OHIP)-14 and(DASS-21). Results:(OHIP)-14 score was 22.8±14.10; Depression score was 10.6±10.96; Anxiety score was 11.20±7.50; Pressure score was 10.90±8.36. The scores of depression, anxiety and stress in the elderly patients with oral lichen planus were significantly positively correlated with the total scores of the OHIP-14 scale, and the correlation coefficients were 0.815,0.843,0.607. Conclusions: The quality of life of elderly patients with oral lichen planus was moderate, and there were different levels of depression, anxiety and stress. Doctors and nurses should provide psychological intervention measures to deal with their bad psychological state, so as to improve the psychological state and improve the quality of life.更多还原
